Return Policy

All returns are subject to a restocking fee and reviewable upon receipt of product in question. Any such returns must be done within 30 Days of Purchase. Restocking Fee will vary depending on what our manufactures requirements are. Mitech Controls will work with you should you be unsatisfied or ordered incorrectly. Our goal is to keep you as a return customer and not a one time customer. Assuming that the item is returnable Mitech Controls cannot refund shipping costs. Buyer is responsible for return freight charges on returned equipment. Products that are returned will require a Return Authorization number from Mitech Controls. Mitech Controls will not be held liable for any unauthorized shipments. Unfortunately Mitech Controls cannot accept returns on any custom built, damaged products or special order items.
